1. What We Collect

Account info (name, email), profile info you submit (phone, income, credit range), listing details, and messages between users.

2. How We Use It

To match tenants with landlords, display listings, and enable messaging. We do not sell your data.

3. Verification Data

Self-reported verification is stored on your profile. Paid verification (ID, credit, background) is processed by third-party providers and is not stored by WhatsRent beyond the resulting tier/score.

4. Messages

Messages between users are visible to the sender and recipient. We do not read private messages.

5. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@whatsrent.com.
